CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY OWNERIARCHITECTITESTING LABORATORY IN <br />SUFFICIENT TIME BEFORE PERFORMANCE OF WORK TO PERMIT PROPER <br />CONDUCT OF INSPECTIONS AND TESTS. <br />6. REPRESENTATIVES OF TESTING LABORATORIES SHALL INSPECT THE <br />MANUFACTURE, ASSEMBLY AND/OR PLACEMENT OF MATERIALS AS <br />REQUIRED AND SHALL REPORT THEIR FINDINGS AS OUTLINED ABOVE. <br />7. WORK SHALL BE CHECKED AS IT PROGRESSES, BUT FAILURE TO DETECT <br />ANY DEFECTIVE WORK OR MATERIALS SHALL IN NO WAY PREVENT LATER <br />REJECTION WHEN SUCH DEFECT IS DISCOVERED, NOR SHALL IT OBLIGATE <br />THE OWNER FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE. <br />8.
