<br />THE SPILL PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO INCLUDE MEASURES TO PREVENT THIS TYPE OF SPILL FROM
<br />REOCCURRING AND THE CLEAN UP PROCEDURES FOR FUTURE USE. A DESCRIPTION OF THE SPILL, ITS CAUSE AND THE
<br />CLEAN UP MEASURES SHALL ALSO BE INCLUDED.
<br />THE SITE SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY TO DAY SITE OPERATIONS SHALL BE THE SPILL PREVENTION AND
<br />CLEAN UP COORDINATOR. HE OR SHE SHALL DESIGNATE OTHER SITE PERSONNEL WHO WILL RECEIVE SPILL PREVENTION AND
<br />CLEAN UP TRAINING. THESE INDIVIDUALS SHALL EACH BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR A PARTICULAR PHASE OF PREVENTION AND
<br />CLEAN UP. THE NAMES OF THE RESPONSIBLE SPILL PERSONNEL SHALL BE POSTED IN THE MATERIAL STORAGE AREA OR IN
<br />THE OFFICE TRAILER ON SITE, IF APPLICABLE.
<br />NOTICE OF TERMINATION
<br />A NOTICE OF TERMINATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE FDEP AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE
<br />SITE HAS UNDERGONE FINAL STABILIZATION.
