<br />MANUFACTURES' RECOMMENDED METHODS FOR SPILL CLEAN UP SHALL BE CLEARLY POSTED AND SITE PERSONNEL SHALL
<br />BE MADE AWARE OF THE PROCEDURES AND THE LOCATION OF THE INFORMATION AND CLEAN UP SUPPLIES.
<br />MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SPILL CLEAN UP SHALL BE KEPT IN THE MATERIAL STORAGE AREA ON SITE.
<br />EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED T0, BROOMS, DUST PANS, MOPS, RAGS, GLOVES,
<br />GOGGLES, KITTY LITTER, SAND, SAWDUST AND PLASTIC AND METAL TRASH CONTAINERS.
<br />ALL SPILLS SHALL BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER DISCOVERY.
<br />THE SPILL SHALL BE KEPT WELL VENTILATED AND PERSONNEL SHALL WEAR APPROPRIATE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING TO
<br />PREVENT INJURY FROM CONTACT WITH HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE.
<br />SPILLS OF TOXIC OR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE APPROPRIATE STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT
<br />AGENCY, REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE.
<br />THE SPILL PREVENTION PLAN SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO INCLUDE MEASURES TO PREVENT THIS TYPE OF SPILL FROM
<br />REOCCURRING AND THE CLEAN UP PROCEDURES FOR FUTURE USE. A DESCRIPTION OF THE SPILL, ITS CAUSE AND THE
