<br />This Evaluation Report is issued under Rule 913-72 and the applicable rules and regulations
<br />governing the use of construction materials in the State of Florida. The documentation submitted
<br />has been reviewed by Robert Nieminen, P,E. for use of the product under the Florida Building Code
<br />and Florida Building Code, Residential Volume, The produds described herein have been designed
<br />to comply with the 2007 FBC and 2007 FBC Residential Volume,

<br />LABELING: Each unit shall bear labeling in accordance with the requirements the Accredited Quality
<br />Assurance Agency noted herein.
<br />CONTINUED COMPLIANCE: This Evaluation Report is valid until such time as the named product(s)
<br />changes, the referenced Quality Assurance documentation changes, or provisions of the Code that
<br />relate to the product change. Acceptance of this Evaluation Report by the named client constitutes
<br />agreement to notify Robert Nieminen, RE. if the product changes or the referenced Quality
<br />Assurance documentation changes. TrinitylERD requires a complete review of this Evaluation
<br />Report relative to updated Code requirnements with each Code Cycle.

<br />Timberline, Timberline Armorshield 13, Timberline NaturalShadow, Timberline Presbclus Grander
<br />Timberline Prestique 30 1 Timberline 30, Timberline Prestique 40 / Timberline 40 and Timberline
<br />Prestique Lifetime / Timberline Ultra are fiberglass reinforced, laminated asphalt roof shingles.
<br />4.2 Slateline is a fiberglass reinforced. 5-tab asphalt roof shingle.
<br />4.3 Seal -A -Ridge, Seal -A -Ridge Arn-rorshield, Ridglass Hip 8 Ridge, Tirnbertex and Universal Ridge
<br />Cap are fiberglass reinforced, hip and ridge asphalt roof shingles.

<br />5.3 Wind Classification:
<br />5.3,1 I GAF shingles noted herein are Classified in accordance with FB Table T AI s r gC b e 1504,1 2 to ASTM
<br />D6381, class H and FBC Tables 1507.2.10 and R905.2,6.1 to ASTM D:3161. Class F or ASTM
<br />D7158, Class 14, indicatirg the shingles are acceptable for us in all wind zones up to 150 mph.
<br />Refer- to Section 6 for installation requirements to meet this wind rating.
<br />5.3.2 Classification by this method applies to buildings less than 60 feet high and -with Wind Exposure
<br />B and C only in an Occupancy Category of I or II.
<br />5.3.3 For buildings falling outs=cle the constraints in 5.3.1 or 5.3.2. calculations by a qualified design
<br />professional in accordance with UL2390 / ASTM 07158 .r ASCE 7 may be conducted for the
<br />specific project with data for the specific shingle. Reference: FBC 1609.5.2. Contact the shingle
<br />manufacturer for data specific to each shingle.
<br />5.3.4 All GAF hip & ridge shingles noted herein have been evaluated in accordance with ASTM D.3161,
<br />Class F• Refer to Section 6 for installation requirements to meet this vrind rating.
<br />5.5 All products in the roof assembly shall have quality assurance audit in accordance with the
<br />Florida Building Code and F.A.C.Rule 98-72,

<br />6.1.1 Underlayment shall be acceptable to GAF/ELK and shall hold current FBC Approval, or be Locally
<br />Approved per Rule SB-72, per FBC Sections 1507.2,3 and1or 1507, ,4,

<br />6.2.1 Installation of asphalt shingles shah comply with the manufacturer's cun-ent published
<br />instructions, but not less than four (4) fasteners per shingle in accordance with the
<br />requirements of FBC Section 1507.2 or FBC Residential Volume Section R905.2, with the
<br />following exceptions:
<br />Grand Canyon, Grand Sequoia and Camelot require min. five (5) fasteners per shingle
<br />Timberline Prestique Grande requires min. six (6) fasteners per shingle.
<br />6.2.2 Fasteners and fastener placement shall be in accordance with manufacturer's current published
<br />installation instructions,
<br />6.2.3 Where the roof slope exceeds 20 units vertical in 12 units horizontal (166-percent slope),
<br />special methods of fastening are required.
<br />6.3 Hip she Ridge Shingles:
<br />6.3.1 Installation of Ridglass Hip & Ridge asphalt shingles shall comply with the manufacturer's
<br />current published instructions with a minimum two (2) fasteners per side and asphalt roofing
<br />cement.
<br />6.3,2 Installation of Universal Ridge Cap asphalt shingles shall comply with the manufacturer's
<br />current published instructions with a minimum two (2) fasteners tier shingle.
<br />6.3.3 Installation of Seal -A -Ridge and Seal -A -Ridge Armorshield asphalt shingles shall comply with
<br />the manufacturer's current published instructions with a minimum four (4) fasteners per
<br />shingle.
<br />6.3.4 Installation of Timbeitex Ridge Cap asphalt shingles shall comply with the manufacturer's
<br />current published instructions with a ,minimum twg (2) fasteners per shingle and beads of
<br />Sonneborn NPi Gun Grade Polyurethane Sealant or Henkel PL Urethane Sealant.
<br />1. LAREUNG:
<br />Each unit shall bear a permanent label with the manufacturer's name, logo, city, state and logo of the
