These plan changes occurred after the <br />building permit was approved and this submission is to bring the permit up to date with the city's files. <br />This narrative shall explain Revision #1 plan changes and what has changed on a sheet by sheet basis. <br />A0: <br />A0.3: <br />The Index of Drawings has been updated to reflect revision #1 plan updates. <br />The keynotes were updated to correspond with plan changes. <br />ASA: <br />• The drive-thru equipment was updated to match tenant plans. <br />• The concrete drive-thru lane was extended to accommodate the new pre -menu board location. <br />• The concrete was removed from the handicap parking spaces. <br />• Pavement directional arrows were revised to match tenant plans. <br />• A second bike rack was added to match tenant plans. <br />• Sidewalk connections were updated to match civil plans. <br />• The grease trap shifted to match civil plans. <br />AS.2: <br />A1.0: <br />Details 9 and 10 for the patio railing design were revised. <br />The Monument Sign Responsibility Notes were revised. <br />Drop cane bolts were added to the dumpster enclosure gates. <br />The electrical panels were relocated to match tenant plans. <br />A1.1: <br />• The roof top equipment was re -worked to match tenant plans. <br />A3.0: <br />• The wall sign location on the south elevation was adjusted to match tenant plans. <br />3336 Grand Boulevard, Suite 201 Holiday, Florida 34690 Ph. 727.815.3336 Fax 727.815.3337 <br />FWH Architects, Inc. <br />License # AA 0003300 <br />
