These plan changes occurred after the building permit was approved and this submission is to bring the permit up to date with the city's files. This narrative shall explain Revision #1 plan changes and what has changed on a sheet by sheet basis. A0: A0.3: The Index of Drawings has been updated to reflect revision #1 plan updates. The keynotes were updated to correspond with plan changes. ASA: • The drive-thru equipment was updated to match tenant plans. • The concrete drive-thru lane was extended to accommodate the new pre -menu board location. • The concrete was removed from the handicap parking spaces. • Pavement directional arrows were revised to match tenant plans. • A second bike rack was added to match tenant plans. • Sidewalk connections were updated to match civil plans. • The grease trap shifted to match civil plans. AS.2: A1.0: Details 9 and 10 for the patio railing design were revised. The Monument Sign Responsibility Notes were revised. Drop cane bolts were added to the dumpster enclosure gates. The electrical panels were relocated to match tenant plans. A1.1: • The roof top equipment was re -worked to match tenant plans.
