<br />7. DIMENSIONS SHOWN ARE TO FACE OF THE SPECIFIED BUILDING MATERIAL;

<br />8. IF REQUIRED BY THE AHJ, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
<br />PROVIDING AND SUBMITTING PRODUCT APPROVAL DOCUMENTATION TO THE AHJ
<br />IN THE FORM REQUIRED BY THE AHJ. THE CONTRACTOR MUST FIRST SUBMIT THE

<br />9. ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR INCONSISTENCIES DISCOVERED IN THE
<br />DOCUMENTS, OR ANY VARIATION OR AMBIGUITIES BETWEEN THESE DRAWINGS
<br />AND ACTUAL SITE AND CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS AND/OR REQUIREMENTS,
<br />SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT. IF A DISCREPANCY IS
<br />FOUND IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE NOTIFIED
<br />IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING.
<br />10, ANY ON SITE OBSERVATIONS BY THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE IN THE FORM OF
<br />RANDOM OBSERVATIONS ONLY AND DO NOT RELIEVE THE CONTRACTOR FROM
<br />HIS RESPONSIBILITY OF BUILDING ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED
<br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES AND

<br />11. ALL MATERIALS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH OTHER MATERIALS SHALL BE
<br />COMPATIBLE AND COMPLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION
<br />REQUIREMENTS.
<br />12. ALL MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE AS
<br />SPECIFIED, UNO. SEE PROJECT MANUAL SPECIFICATIONS.
<br />13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL AN
<br />IDENTIFYING SYMBOL ON STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTED WITH A LIGHT -FRAME
<br />TRUSS COMPONENT IN A MANNER SUFFICIENT TO COMPLY WITH THE STATE OF
<br />FLORIDA FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE
<br />633.027, PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE
<br />69A-60.0081, AND AS DETERMINED BY THE AHJ.
<br />SITE WORK & FOUNDATION
<br />1. FOUNDATION DESIGNS ARE BASED ON AN ESTIMATED SOIL BEARING VALUE OR
<br />ACTUAL VALUE AS SPECIFIED BY A GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER AND NOTED ON THE
<br />DRAWINGS. FOUNDATIONS AND SLABS ARE DESIGNED TO UNIFORMLY BEAR ON
<br />WELL COMPACTED, (WELL DRAINED LION -EXPANSIVE SOILS. A CERTIFIED SOILS
<br />ENGINEER SHALL REVIEW FOUNDATION DESIGNS, BUILDING LOADS, AND
<br />COMPARE WITH SUBSURFACE SOIL INVESTIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS. SHOULD
<br />ON -SITE OBSERVATIONS SHOW THAT FOOTINGS SHOWN HERE ARE NOT
<br />SATISFACTORY, THE ARCHITECT SHALT® BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY FOR
<br />REVISED DESIGNS.
<br />2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SITE REQUIRED
<br />ITEMS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: SITE UTILITIES, SLEEVES, CONDUIT, PULL BOXES,
<br />STRUCTURAL BASES, FOOT INGS, ETC, DESCRIBED OR REQUIRED AS PART OF A
<br />COMPLETE SYSTEM ON CIVIL ENGINEERING, LANDSCAPE, SWIMMING POOL,
<br />ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING
<br />DRAWINGS. COORDINATE FULLY WITH ALL UTILITY COMPANIES TO DETERMINE
<br />WHAT COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED BY THE UTILITY COMPANIES. THE GENERAL
<br />CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ITEMS NOT SUPPLIED BY THE UTILITY
<br />COMPANY.
<br />3. REFER TO CIVIL ENGINEER'S SITE PLAN AND DETAILS FOR ACTUAL BUILDING
<br />LOCATIONS, FINISHED GRADES, FLOOR ELEVATIONS, UTILITIES, DRAINAGE, AND
<br />ALL INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PROJECT'S ON -SITE DEVELOPMENT AND
<br />OFF -SITE REQUIREMENTS, IF APPLICABLE.
<br />4. REFER TO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT'S AND/OR POOL DESIGNER'S PLANS FOR
<br />LANDSCAPING, FENCES, POOL DESIGN, IRRIGATION, EXTERIOR FURNISHINGS,
<br />TRAFFIC CONTROL, AND OTHER DECORATIVE LIGHT FIXTURES, ETC.
<br />5. CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL GRADE ON THE
<br />EXTERIOR OF BUILDING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES, UNO.
<br />WEATHERPNATER INTRUSION PREVENTION
<br />1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER INSTALLATION OF
<br />ALL MATERIALS REQUIRED TO PREVENT `WATER INTRUSION, INCLUDING BUT NOT
<br />LIMITED TO; FLASHINGS, WEATHER/WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS (BUILDING
<br />WRAP), SELF -ADHERING MEMBRANES, AND SEALANTS AS INDICATED ON THE
<br />DRAWINGS OR AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED IF NOT INDICATED.
<br />2. ALL PENETRATIONS THROUGH THE EXTERIOR CLADDING SYSTEM SHALL BE
