Renovated Architectural Site Plan, Detail 1/AS1.0: The graphic illustrating the <br />dumpster on the site plan has been revised to coordinate with the redesigned detail <br />provided on Sheet ASD 1.1 <br />B. A sidewalk has been added along 23rd Street in response to City review comments. <br />C. Additional existing tree locations have been indicated on the site. <br />D. Detail tag 7/ASD 1.0 has been added where sidewalks intersect with the drive entrance <br />locations. <br />SHEET ASD 1.0 <br />A. Permanent Project Sign, Detail 1/ASD1.0, Note added that reads "Design for Wind Loads <br />of 140 M.P.H Max. (3 second burst)" <br />B. Single Curb Access Ramp With Truncated Domes, Detail 7/ASD1.0 has been added. <br />SHEET ASD 1.1 <br />A. Dumpster Enclosure, Detail 1/ASD1.1 and Section, lA/ASD1.1 revised to show CMU <br />dumpster enclosure and bollards as required by local adopted ordinances. <br />SHEET LS 1.0 <br />A.
