NORTH END <br />FACADE REMODEL <br />A. IT IS INTENDED THAT A COMPLETE OCCUPIABLE BUILDING PROJECT IS PROVIDED. <br />C. THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION (A.I.A. A201 LATEST EDITION) ARE A PART OF <br />THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. A COPY IS ON FILE AT THE ARCHITECTS OFFICE. <br />D. DO NOT SCALE THESE DRAWINGS. VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS IN THE FIELD. ANY DISCREPANCIES IN <br />THESE DRAWINGS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO STARTING WORK. <br />E. ALL PROPOSED SUBSTITUTIONS SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER, IN WRITING, PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. <br />F. NOT USED. <br />G. THE OWNER WILL PAY FOR 'CONNECTION FEES, <br />ASSOCIATED WITH UTILITY PERMITS. PAY FOR TEMPORARY FACILITIES FEES AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN <br />A TIMELY MANNER. <br />H. PROVIDE EACH SUBCONTRACTOR WITH A COMPLETE AGENCY -PERMITTED DRAWING SET AT TIME OF CONSTRUCTION. <br />I. ALL ABBREVIATIONS INCLUDED FOLLOW INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
