REVISIONS <br />NO I DATE I DESCRIPTION <br />Fiberglass shingles over 30 Ibs felt or option peel and stick over 5/8" plywood sheathing <br />(See table R803.1) with roof structure spaced no more than @ 24" o.c.. See roof framing <br />layout and connection schedule for additional information. <br />R905.2.2 Slope. <br />Asphalt shingles shall be used only on roof slopes of two units vertical in 12 units <br />horizontal (2:12) or greater. For roof slopes from two units vertical in 12 units horizontal <br />(2:12) and less than four units vertical in 12 units horizontal (4:12), double underlayment <br />application is required in accordance with Section R905.1.1. <br />R905.2.3 Underlayment. <br />Undedayment shall comply and be installed in accordance with Section R905.1.1. <br />R905.2.4 Asphalt shingles. <br />Asphalt shingles shall comply with ASTM D3462. <br />GABLE END EXTERIOR FINISH: <br />On the sides and rear gable end of the house, install <br />board and batten siding, over a water resistive "Tyvek" <br />vapor barrier, over 1/2" cd-x plywood sheathing that is <br />nailed with 10d x 1 1/2" nails @ 6" o.c. edges and 12" <br />field, over 2 x — exterior wood studs @ 16" o.c. with R - 13 <br />insulation between and finished with 1/2" drywall on the <br />inside. Water resistive barrier in accordance with Section <br />R703.6.3, of the FBC 6th Edition 2017 Residential. <br />EXTERIOR FINISH AT SIDE AND REAR <br />OF THE HOUSE: <br />On the sides and rear of the house, install board and <br />batten siding over a water resistive "Tyvek" vapor <br />barrier, over 1/2" cd-x plywood sheathing that is nailed <br />with 10d x 1 1/2" nails @ 6" o.c. edges and 12" field, <br />over 2 x _ exterior wood studs @ 16" o.c. with R -13 <br />insulation between and finished with 1/2" drywall on <br />the inside.
