The <br />the additions that are not dated with the original house in 1928, will be demo and rebuilt. <br />2. The existing raised wood floor system will remain, but (reinforce the floor framing if <br />needed once the walls and roof is demo). The front foyer will be opened back up to its <br />original use as a covered front porch. <br />3. Upon removal of drywall, contractor has found minor water, termite and / or fire damage <br />to a few wood stud. Contractor will replace any lumber size for size as needed. <br />4. Contractor will install hurricane clips where no hurricane clips currently exist. Floor <br />sheathing will be replaced with 3/4" plywood. <br />5. Electrical contractor to rewire entire house. <br />6. Mechanical contractor to install a new heat pump and located the air handler in the attic <br />space above. <br />7. Plumbing contractor to replace all plumbing fixtures and cap off any unused drains. Hot <br />water tank will be located in the attic. <br />8. List of other items that are to be replaced on said project: <br />A. Complete kitchen, bathroom remodel including cabinets and appliances. <br />B. Change -out all interior / exterior doors and windows. See window and door <br />schedule for more information and locations. <br />C.
