Provide min R -13 insulation for all adjacent <br />walls or any other locations that are required by code. <br />Note: At all plumbing walls use 2 x 6 studs to allow for <br />ventilation plumbing stacks. <br />Closet maid ventilated shelving. <br />All exterior masonry and / or frame perimeter walls <br />are to be considered shearwall segments, except at <br />door / window openings and wall lengths less than <br />2'- 8" in length. <br />It is the responsible of the General Contractor to make a field <br />inspection to verify all existing field conditions and measurerrmft <br />with proposed plans for accuracy, before disfibu" plans to any <br />and all trades.
