This single family dwelling is to the roth Edition (2011) FEBC (Florida Building Code) type <br />construction requirements. Construction shall comply with local County and state agencies. <br />2. All openings around walls, partitions, pipes, ducts, conduits etc_, shall be sealed fully <br />and sound proofed with sealants of type for application. <br />3.
