Attached per ASTM C 1063. <br />R703.6.2 Plaster. <br />Plastering wt portland cement plaster shall be not less then three <br />coats when applied over metal lath or wire lath and shall be not <br />less than two coats when applied over masonry, concrete. <br />R703.6.3 Water-Reshiltive Barriers. <br />Water-resisitive barriers shall be Installed where cement plaster <br />(stucco) Is to be applied over wood -based sheathing, shall Include <br />water-resisfive vapor -permeable border. The Individual layers <br />hall be Installed independently such that each layer provides a <br />separate continuous plane and any flashing intended to drain to <br />the water -resistive border Is directed between the layers. The <br />barriers shall consist of one of the following. <br />1. Two layers of an approved water resistant border material In <br />accordance with R703.2. <br />2. One layer of an approved water -resistive barrier (paperbacked <br />stucco lath) over an approved synthetic house wrap. <br />R703.8 Flashing. <br />Approved corrosion-resistent flashing shall be applied <br />shingle -fashion in a manner to prevent entry of water into the wall <br />cavity or penetration of water to the building structural framing <br />components. Flashing shall be installed at the following locations. <br />I ntersection of chimneys or other masonry contructions with <br />frame wells. <br />� an at the ends of masonry, wood or metal copings <br />and sills. <br />Continuously above all projecting wood trim. <br />Where exterior porches, decks or stairs attach to a wall or <br />floor assembly of wood -frame construction. <br />At wall and roof intersections <br />At Built-in gutters. <br />Attic Ventilation <br />Aft Ventilation to be in compliance with the Rorlds Building Code 5th Edition <br />(2014) Residential R806. <br />The Minimum net free ventilating area shall be 11150 of the area of the vented <br />space.
