<br />OCCURS WHERE A ROOF INTERSECTS A SIDEWALL. THE ROOF
<br />SHOULD BE FLASHED WITH A STEP FLASHING. WHERE THE ROOF
<br />TERMINATES, INSTALL A KICK -OUT TO DEFLECT WATER AWAY
<br />FROM THE SIDING. THOUGH NOT ALWAYS P0551BLE IN THE
<br />SCHEDULE, IT'S BEST TO INSTALL A FULL 36-IN. PIECE OF
<br />RUBBERIZED ASPHALT FLASHING ON THE WALL BEFORE THE
<br />5UBFA5CIA AND TRIM BOARDS ARE NAILED IN PLACE, AND THEN
<br />COME BACK TO INSTALL THE KICKOUT.
