<br />WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED BY THE RENOVATION AFTER MODIFICATIONS ARE
<br />COMPLETE FOR CONTAMINANTS. PROVIDE COPY OF TEST REPORT ONE WEEK PRIOR
<br />TO FINAL AHCA INSPECTION.
<br />ALL NEW VALVES INSTALLED IN DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEMS SHALL BE NSF-61
<br />CERTIFIED.
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN FROM THE OWNER A COPY OF THE INFECTION CONTROL
<br />RISK ASSESSMENT (ICRA) PREPARED FOR THIS PROJECT. CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW
<br />THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE REPORT AND PERFORM ALL WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br />THOSE REQUIREMENTS. SEE MECHANICAL DRAWINGS FOR COORDINATION OF
<br />VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED BY ICRA.
