ALL WORK SHALL BE DESIGNED, INSTALLED, TESTED, AND CLEANED IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />THE 2014 EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND THE 2014 FLORIDA PLUMBING CODE. <br />2. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETE PLUMBING SYSTEMS AS DETAILED ON THESE DRAWINGS. <br />WORK CONSISTS OF FURNISHING ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES REQUIRED FOR <br />COMPLETE SYSTEMS. MAKE SUCH OFFSETS AND DEVIATIONS FROM WORK SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS, AS MAY BE <br />NECESSARY TO FIT THE ACTUAL SPACE CONDITIONS. <br />5. WHERE VALVES OCCUR ABOVE DRYWALL OR PLASTER OR ARE CONCEALED BEHIND WALLS, THIS <br />CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL ACCESS PANELS. COORDINATE COLOR AND STYLE <br />WITH ENGINEER/ARCHITECT. <br />6. INSTALLER SHALL NOT CUT ANY EXISTING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS WITHOUT FIRST SECURING <br />WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ARCHITECT. <br />7. PROVIDE DIELECTRIC UNIONS AT ALL CONNECTIONS BETWEEN DISSIMILAR PIPING METALS. <br />8. PROVIDE LAVATORY WITH TRAP FITTINGS FOR CLEANOUT. <br />9. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO ALSO CHECKING FIELD CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING AND <br />REPORT ANY PROBLEMS/CONFLICTS TO THE ENGINEER WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DISCOVERY. ANY <br />CHANGES RESULTING FROM CONDITIONS ARISING IN THE FIELD WHICH WERE NOT BROUGHT TO THE <br />ENGINEER'S ATTENTION ARE TO BE MADE BY THIS CONTRACTOR WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE <br />OWNER. <br />10. ALL WORK IS TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE(1) <br />YEAR FROM DATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
