<br />GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES
<br />1. ALL WORK TO BE IN COMPLETE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS.
<br />2. PRIOR TO BIDDING, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND THOROUGHLY FAMILIARIZE
<br />THEMSELVES WITH EXISTING CONDITIONS. NO CLAIMS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK DUE TO UNFORESEEN
<br />CONDITIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES THAT EXIST WITH

<br />BARRICADE AND GRAFICS IS AT TENANTS EXPENSE. TENANT CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE PER MALL
<br />SPECS. TENANT SHALL CONSTRUCT A BARRICADE 18 FT. WITH 4 FT. POP -OUT WITH ONE DOOR PAINTED

<br />9. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETE REMOVAL AND DISCARDING OF ALL
<br />DEMOLITION WASTE INCLUDING ANY UNFORESEEN HAZARDOUS WASTE OR MATERIALS ENCOUNTERED
<br />WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT,
<br />10, WHERE DEMOLITION WOULD AFFECT THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING, THE
