SMOKE & HEAT DETECTORS FOR ELEVATOR RECALL: <br />1) PROVIDE OPERATION AS DESCRIBED FOR MANUAL ALARM PULL STATION. <br />2) ACTIVATION OF ELEVATOR LOBBY SMOKE DETECTOR ON THE PRIMARY <br />FLOOR SHALL INITIATE ELEVATOR RECALL TO THE ALTERNATIVE FLOOR. <br />3) ACTIVATION OF 2nd FLOOR AND ABOVE FLOORS ELEVATOR LOBBY OR <br />ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOM SMOKE DETECTORS SHALL INITIATE ELEVATOR <br />RECALL TO THE PRIMARY FLOOR, <br />4) ACTIVATION OF ELEVATOR MACH RM HEAT DETECTOR SHALL INITIATE ELEV. <br />RECALL TO PRIMARY FLOOR AND SHUT POWER TO THE ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT. <br />D. SMOKE DUCT DETECTORS: <br />1) IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL DETECTOR ON THE SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL. <br />2) SOUND THE LOCAL AUDIBLE SUPERVISORY ALARM AT THE FACP. <br />3) ILLUMINATE THE SUPERVISORY LED. <br />4) SHUT DOWN ITS RESPECTIVE AIR HANDLER UNIT. <br />E. FLOW BELL: <br />1) FLOW BELL SHALL SOUND UPON THE ACTIVATION OF FLOW SWITCH ONLY. <br />2) FLOW BELL SHALL SOUND AS LONG AS THE WATER IS FLOWING. <br />3) FLOW BELL SHALL NO BE CAPLABLE OF BEING SILENCED FROM THE FACP. <br />F. ACTIVATION OF ANY SUPERVISORY CIRCUIT OR TAMPER SWITCH SHALL CAUSE THE <br />FOLLOWING ACTIONS AND INDICATIONS: <br />1) IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT OR DEVICE ON THE SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL. <br />2) SOUND THE LOCAL AUDIBLE SUPERVISORY ALARM AT THE FACP. <br />3) ILLUMINATE THE SUPERVISORY LED. <br />G. ACTIVATION OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DEVICES SHALL INITIATE, FOR THE AFFECTED <br />ELEVATOR(S), A SEPARATE AND DISTINCT SIGNAL THAT INDICATES THE ELEVATOR IS NO <br />LONGER SAFE TO USE: <br />3.1 ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOM SMOKE DETECTOR. <br />3.2 ELEVATOR HOISTWAY SMOKE DETECTOR. <br />4. THE FOLLOWING CONDITION SHALL INITIATE THE FIRE ALARM SUPERVISORY SIGNAL: <br />4.1 ELEVATOR SHUNT TRIP CIRCUIT LOSS OF POWER. <br />5.
