<br />MAINTAINED AND OPERATED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL INDOOR AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS.

<br />7. ANY DAMAGE TO WALMART'S PROPERTY WHICH OCCURS DURING THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPAIRED/REPLACED AT NO ADDITIONAL
<br />COST TO WALMART; THIS INCLUDES ALL MERCHANDISE. CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY THE COST FOR ALL DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
<br />8. THE INTEGRITY OF THE EXISTING BUILDING SECURITY SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES. THE EXISTING BUILDING SHALL BE KEPT SECURE FROM
<br />PERSONS, ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS OR HAZARDS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM THE STORE MANAGER PRIOR TO THE

<br />14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY ORDERING OF MATERIALS TO PROHIBIT DELAYS OF THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE OF
<br />THIS PROJECT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE DELIVERY OF MATERIALS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

<br />2-1/2 GALLON WATER (E-10) AND ONE U.L. LISTED 1OBC CARBON DIOXIDE FIRE EXTINGUISHER MOUNTED TOGETHER IN EACH 3000 SQ. FT. OF
<br />WORK AREA OR FRACTION THEREOF (MINIMUM OF TWO AVAILABLE IN ALL CONSTRUCTION AREAS AT ALL TIMES).
<br />18. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL HIRE A LICENSED FIRE SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED FIRE SPRINKLER DRAWINGS FOR
<br />APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY ALTERATION OF THE AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. FIRE SPRINKLER WORK SHALL BE DONE UNDER SEPARATE
<br />PERMIT.
<br />19. ALL ADJACENT BUILDINGS (IF APPLICABLE) SHALL REMAIN IN SERVICE DURING DEMOLITION/CONSTRUCTION.
<br />20.MUD AND DEBRIS TRACKED ONTO OWNER PAVING OR CITY STREETS TO BE CLEANED IMMEDIATELY.
<br />21. BUILDING COMPONENTS AFFECTED BY THE SCOPE OF WORK AND ALLOWED TO REMAIN SHALL BE SECURED TO PREVENT FALLING, LOOSENING, OR
<br />CREATING DAMAGE OF ANY KIND IN THE FUTURE.
<br />DEMOLITION REQUIREMENTS:
<br />1. ALL DEMOLITION SHALL BE CARRIED OUT IN A SAFE MANNER AND IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH OSHA REGULATIONS.
<br />2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY THE EXTENT OF DEMOLITION. THE WORK MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE DEMOLITION AND
<br />REMOVAL OF WALLS, DOORS, PLUMBING, PAVING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ITEMS INCLUDING CONDUITS AND DUCTWORK AS SHOWN ON
<br />DRAWINGS OR AS REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW WORK FOR A COMPLETE JOB.
<br />3. WHEN UTILITIES ARE REMOVED, CAP AND SEAL A MINIMUM OF 8" BELOW FINISH FLOOR OR A MINIMUM OF 6" ABOVE FINISH CEILING.
<br />4. WHEN REMOVING EXISTING STRUCTURAL ITEMS, IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SHORING, BRACING AND SUPPORT
<br />SYSTEMS TO KEEP THE EXISTING STRUCTURE INTACT AND IN A SAFE CONDITION. REFER TO SECTIONS 02023 AND 02251.
<br />5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ANY BUILDING SIGNAGE THAT INTERFERES WITH THE BUILDING ADDITION. WALMART WILL REINSTALL EXISTING
