CONTACT THE CURRENT BAS VENDOR TO OBTAIN A CURRENT <br />MODULE CONFIGURATION PRINTOUT PRIOR TO INSTALLING BAS <br />CABLES. TERMINATE BAS CABLES ACCORDING TO THE BAS <br />CONFIGURATION SHEETS. <br />3. THE BAS SUPPLIER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND/OR <br />MODIFY ANY/ALL COMPONENTS AND TO MAKE CHANGES TO <br />EQUIPMENT DESIGN. <br />4. CABLE IS FURNISHED BY THE CONTRACTOR UNLESS NOTED <br />OTHERWISE, INSTALL CABLE ACCORDING TO DRAWINGS. NO <br />DEVIATION FROM DRAWINGS WILL ACCEPTED. COVER THE END OF THE INSULATING <br />JACKET OF ALL BAS CABLES WITH HEAT SHRINK TUBING. DO <br />NOT ALLOW EXPOSURE OF FOIL OR UNUSED WIRE(S) AFTER <br />APPLICATION OF HEAT SHRINK TUBING. <br />6. MINOR CHANGES IN MATERIALS OR TERMINATIONS WILL, IN NO <br />CASE, CAUSE AN INCREASE IN COST TO OWNER OR SERVE <br />CAUSE TO GENERATE CHANGE ORDER PAPERWORK. BAS CABLES <br />MAY BE STRUNG ALONG OR PERPENDICULAR BAR JOISTS IF <br />SUPPORTED AT LEAST EVERY 36" OR MINIMUM DISTANCE OF <br />BAR JOIST SPACING. <br />8. CONCEAL SALES AREA BAS CONDUIT UNDER REFRIGERATED <br />CASES, THROUGH TUNNELS, WALLS, PIPE RACKS, AND/OR <br />CHASES, WHERE APPLICABLE. <br />9. INSTALL CODE APPROVED PENETRATIONS THROUGH FIRE <br />WALLS. <br />10. PROVIDE COMPLETED REFRIGERATION SENSOR INPUT <br />VERIFICATION FORMS TO OWNER'S BUILDING AUTOMATION <br />SYSTEM AND THE BAS SUPPLIER AT THE BEGINNING OF THE <br />REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT START-UP. PROVIDE ASSISTANCE <br />TO THE BAS SUPPLIER FOR CHECKING SENSOR ACCURACY. <br />11. BE PRESENT AND AVAILABLE AT REFRIGERATION START-UP TO <br />RESOLVE ISSUES AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE UNTIL RELEASED <br />BY THE BAS SUPPLIER AND OWNER'S MECHANICAL <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. <br />12. COMPLETE ALL UNRESOLVED REFRIGERATION WORK, DURING <br />THE REFRIGERATION START-UP, PRIOR TO WORKING ON OTHER <br />BAS INSTALLATION ITEMS. <br />13. PERFORM ALL CHECKS AND TESTS TO ENSURE A FULLY <br />FUNCTIONAL REFRIGERATION CONTROL SYSTEM WHEN THE BAS <br />SUPPLIER IS NOT SCHEDULED TO PERFORM THE ON -SITE <br />REFRIGERATION START-UP. CONTACT THE BAS SUPPLIER FOR <br />BLANK TEST VERIFICATION FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR <br />COMPLETING.
