RELOCATE AS REQUIRED IN NEW PLAN. <br />12.EXISTING CONCRETE FLOOR SLABS, MASONRY WALLS AND EXISTING STRUCTURAL FRAMING <br />SYSTEMS SHOWN TO BE REMOVED SHALL BE CLEANLY SAWCUT FROM EXISTING CONSTRUCTION. <br />COMPLETELY REMOVE FOOTINGS, FOUNDATIONS AND ABOVEGROUND AND UNDERGROUND <br />CONSTRUCTION AND INDICATED ON DRAWINGS. <br />13.EXISTING EXTERIOR WALL INSULATION SHALL BE LEFT IN PLACE OR SHALL BE REPLACED WITH <br />NEW MATERIAL OF EQUAL INSULATING VALUE. <br />14.WHERE FINISHES ARE SHOWN TO BE REMOVED FROM EXISTING CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR AND <br />PATCH REMAINING SUBSTRATES AND PREPARE FOR NEW FINISH.
