<br />BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTES
<br />I. This single family dwelling is to the 1th Edition (2020) FEBC (Florida Building Code) type
<br />construction requirements. Construction shall comply with local County and state agencies.
<br />2.411 openings around walls, j�artitions, pipes, ducts, conduits etc-, shall be sealed fully
<br />and sound proofed with sealants of type for application.
<br />3. Painting- All surfaces shall be properly prepared and cured to manufacturer's
<br />instruction prior to painting. Paint shall be "first line" produced by PORTER, SHERWIN
<br />WILLIAMS, or equal with colors selected by the owner. All painted surfaces shall be
<br />painted with materials appropriate for the application in a workmanship manner to the
<br />paint manufacturer's instruction.
<br />4. Caulk all exposed joints. Clean, prime, caulk and seal all joints between door and
<br />window frames with DOW CORNING silicon of type for application. Use foam back-up
<br />rods as required at wide joints. Use acoustical Foam sealants by DAP or TREMCO at
<br />sound proofing applications at openings or cracks.
<br />5. Energy Code - These plans where designed with common design practices. However, this does not
<br />guarantee that this plan will pass the "Florida Energy Code". These plans shall be reviewed by a
<br />proper HVAC professional and shall pass the "Florida Energy Code" or recommendations from such
