<br />0219.01-09. dated February 26, 2009, signed and sealed by Edmundo
<br />Largaespeds, P.E. and Henry Hattem, P.E. Large missile impact and cyclic
<br />loadings per Protocols TAS 201 & 203 as per section 1609.1.2 of the Florida
<br />Building Code. Test Report prepared by American Testing Lab of South Florida,
<br />Report No. 1123.01-10, dated November 23, 2010, signed and sealed by Julio E.
<br />Gonzalez, P.E.
<br />Tensile test report No. SCM-198 by OC Metallurgical, Inc., dated March 13, 2000,
<br />signed and sealed by Frank Grate, RE, as per ASTM E-8 and Tensile Test as

<br />2.3. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS:
<br />On 24 Gage Galvanized Steel Storm Panel for maximum panel length vs. design
<br />wind load, as well as maximum anchor spacing vs. design wind load and panel
<br />length based on rational and comparative analysis, and in accordance with
<br />section 1604 of the Florida Building Code. Calculations prepared by Tilteco,
<br />Inc., dated 12/18/10 and 08/27/13 (for this revision), signed and sealed by Walter
<br />A. 71111l Jr., RE,
<br />3. MISSILE IMPACT RESISTANCE:
<br />Large missile Impact under section 1609.1.2 of the Florida Building Code, as per
<br />SSTD 12-99 Standard and TAS 201.
<br />4. WIND LOADS RESISTANCE:
<br />24 Gage Galvanized Steel Storm Panel has been verified to sustain wind
<br />pressures. Maximum panel length shall be as indicated on sheets 3, 9, 10, 11.

<br />Maximum Anchor Spacing shall be as indicated on sheets 5, 9, 10,11,13 ttuu 16
