NO VERBAL APPROVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. <br />Please review and approve, in writing, the enclosed drawing(s). Trussway has prepared these drawings <br />based on our interpretation of your plans and/or specifications. <br />It is not necessary that you check the actual truss engineering, truss plate sizes, lumber grades or splice <br />locations, or the web patterns. Your approval of Trussway's drawings should include, but not be limited to, <br />the following: <br />1) Design criteria (loading, building codes, etc.) <br />2) Truss lengths (dimensions on drawings are in feet -inches -sixteenths) <br />3) Truss profiles (shape) including pitch (roof trusses) and depth (floor trusses) <br />4) Location and on -center spacing of each truss on the Truss Placement Plan <br />5) Overhang (length, square, or plumb cut) <br />6) Compatibility of the trusses (configuration and location): <br />a. with other trades (such as plumbing, mechanical, sky lights, flues) <br />b. with structural aspects of the building <br />7) Other: <br />Remarks: <br />The original of this form and one set of approved drawings must be signed by an authorized agent of the <br />customer and returned to Trussway prior to fabrication or delivery date confirmation. This project will <br />require a minimum of (15) work days to finalize our drawings, fabricate, and begin shipping after <br />receiving the approved drawings. Your approval of these drawings indicates that they become the <br />essence of our contract and will supersede any plans, specifications or any other instructions written <br />or verbal relating to the trusses on this project.
