The contractor shall understand that <br />failure to follow procedure or produce required documents can or will terminate their contract. <br />• Our company strongly believes that fires caused by hot work have a significant adverse effect on our ability to do business. Be- ' <br />cause of this, we have established procedures and trained our associates to help minimize this hazard. <br />• As a contractor at this facility, you are a partner in our continued success in preventing losses. We encourage your suggestions on <br />how hot work can be avoided by using alternative methods. if hot works cannot be avoided, you are expected to strictly follow our <br />policy and procedures during all work conducted at this location. <br />l <br />• Facility Management at this location will assist you in following our procedures for hot work.
