'I'Gamewell <br />FIRE CONTROL <br />INSTRUMENTS <br />by Honeywell <br />Description <br />The Gamewell-FCI Velociti® Series, addressable output <br />relay control module (AOM-2RF) allows a Gamewell-FCI <br />analog addressable fire alarm control panel to switch dis- <br />crete relay contacts by code command. The relay provides <br />two isolated sets of Form-C contacts which transfer simul- <br />taneously. Circuit connections to the relay contacts are not <br />supervised by the module. <br />The Velociti® Series use a communication protocol that <br />substantially increases the speed of communication <br />between the SLC devices and certain Gamewell-FCI ana- <br />log addressable fire alarm control panels. These devices <br />operate in a grouped fashion. If one of the devices in the <br />group has a status change, the panel's microprocessor <br />stops the group poll and concentrates on the single device. <br />The net result produces a superior response speed up to <br />five times greater than earlier designs. <br />The AOM-2RF Module is designed for installation in the <br />signaling line circuit of any Gamewell-FCI analog address- <br />able fire alarm control panel. The module contains a panel <br />controlled LED.
