<br />In addition to the m~facturers warranty, The Alert Company fully warrants all parts, labor and workmanship for a period ot

<br />dalism, unreasonable use, or ACTS OF GOD, (5) Damage or failure due to vegetation or obstruction that hinders normal operation.

<br />The title of said property shall remain in the said The Alert Company of Tampa, or its successors until the amount of purchase
<br />money shall have been paid, and in case of customer's failure to make any payment when due, then the whole unpaid balance
<br />shall become due and payable at once, and the said The Alert Company of Tampa, shall have the right to take possession of
<br />said property at once without legal process, and all payments shall be applied as rent for said property, or for depreciation in value,
<br />Customer further agrees that any additional purchase made from The Alert Company, during the time this contract is in effect
<br />or prior to the time it is paid in full are made on the same conditions and shall become a part of this agreement.
