<br />All material is guarantaad to ba as specified. All labor in connection with perfor-
<br />mence of this agreement is covered by the attached warranty. OWNER'S PROTEC-
<br />TION POLICY, LABOR & INSTALLATION, Limited Warranty, which is incorporated
<br />by reference to this agreement. Any alteration or deviation from above specificationa
<br />involving extra costa will be executed only upon written order., and will become an
<br />extra charge over and sbove the specified sum on this agreement. The Ownar shall be
<br />liable for any collection cost, court cost, or sttornay's fae in connection with a breach
<br />of this agreement by the Owner. This agreement and performance thereunder is con-
<br />tingent upon the ebsence of strikes, accidents, or delays beyond Conner Aluminum &
<br />Home Design's control. The Owner is to carry fire, tornadO, flood, vandalism, and
<br />other nece.sary insurance. Our employees are covered by workmen'. compensation
<br />insurance. YOU ARE I'fIOTECTED BY THE FLORIDA HOME IMPROVEMENT ACT.

<br />officer of Allen Conner Enterprises. Inc. or upon the commencement or performance
<br />by Conner Aluminum a. Home Delign under this agreement. It shall then be a binding
<br />contract as to all partiel. and is not. thereafter. lubject to cancellation except as pro.
<br />vided by law.
