<br />1. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: This contract consists of this document, extra work authorizationsJ if any, and if payments
<br />hereunder are to be financedJ all financing documents. No promise other than those specifically set forth in the
<br />cont.ract document~ shall be recognized by either party. The entire understanding and agreement of the parties is
<br />contained in the contract documents.
<br />
<br />2. It is understood and agreed that this contract shall not become binding upon INNOVATIVE DESIGN CONTRACTORS, INC.
<br />until it is duly approvedJ accepted and signed by an officer of the Company.
<br />
<br />3. Work on the job described in the c.ontract documents will commence and be completed as stated above. The recited
<br />dates are approx.imations and may be sUbject to changes due to labor and/or material shortagesJ acts of God and other
<br />events not foreseen by Contractor.
<br />
<br />4. All changes or additions to the contract requested by the Buyer shall be authorized in writing or by a signed
<br />work order executed by the Buyer and signed by an officer of the Company. Buyer then authorizes the Contractor to
<br />make such changes, modifications, alterations, or additions and agrees to pay for such items upon billing.
<br />
<br />5. Interest at the rate of eighteen per cent (18X) per annum will be charged on all balances not paid as per the
<br />items specified above. Reasonable attorney's fees will be charged to the Buyer if it is necessary to place the
<br />contract in the hands of an attorney for collection, and this charge becomes a part of the contract and an
<br />obligation of the Buyer to pay.

<br />6. Parties agree that this contract shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Flor',ida arid any action
<br />brought thereon may cbe brought in the State of Florida. Venue is hereby agreed to be in Pinellas Cot!nty, Florida.

<br />7. BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: This is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the materials or services,
<br />you may cancel this contract by providing written notice to the Contractor in person, by telegramJ or by mail: This
<br />notice m1lst indicate that you do not l'{ant the materials or services and must be delivered or post.marked before
<br />midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract. Any cancellation after the t.hird business day will
<br />result in all deposits being retained as liquidated damages and are not refl.mdable.
