S. Intec Brai Sp..;A roofing membrane which is a torch-applied ,- <br />fully-adhered modified bitumen roof system that is heat-welded at the seams to form <br />1 sheet. U.S. Intec Brai SP~4 has a 12 yr~ 1eak....proof warranty on labor and materials <br />from U.S. Intec when installed by a certified installer.
