<br />(a) Seller shall not be liable for delays occasioned by causes beyond his control, including but not limited to the
<br />elements, labor strikes and other labor unrest, riots and other public disturbances, acts of God, accider.ts,
<br />and delays, occasioned by suppliers not meeting shipping schedules. It Seller shall be unable to so perform
<br />within ninety (90) days of the date of this contract, either party shall be entitled to cancel same.
<br />
<br />(b) The entire understanding and agreement between the parties are contained herein, no verbal agreements
<br />- recognized. This agreement subject to office approval.
<br />
<br />(c) YYnrkmp.n'~ compensation ,and ~ublic liability insurance are provided fQ! the work to be performed under the
<br />contract.

<br />,(d) Even if no other security interest Is given by Buyer to Seller, Seller retains all rights provided by Florida Law/Georgia Law
<br />regarding mechanics' liens.
<br />
<br />(e) BUYERS RIGHT TO CANCEL: This is a home solicitation sale. and if you do not want the goods or services,
<br />you may cancel this agreement by mailing a notice to the seller. This notice nnust indicate that you do not
<br />want the goods or services and must be postmarked before midnight of the thinj business day after you si~n
<br />this agreement.
<br />
<br />(f) In the event Vinylguard Exteriors, Inc. shall file suit for the collection of any funds it contends is owned under this Agree-
<br />ment, or for any default or miscarriage arising out of the execution of this Agreement by Vinylguard and the owner, then
<br />Vinylguard if it prevails in its action, shall be entitled to a reasonable attorneys fee for services of its attorneys, plus Court
<br />costs. Said Agreement shall also include attorneys fees in Appellate proceedings.
