<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the c~ntractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contract~r that lay be an indication that he is not pr~perly licensed and is not entitled t~ per&itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.
