(b) Once labor, services and/or <br />materials furnished. Homecare will be entitled to actual damages upon <br />Purchaser's breach of contract. plus 10"/0. <br />3.) This contract is not binding on Homecare unless accpeted by an officer of <br />Homecare. <br />4.) No oral modifications will be made except in writing and signed by both <br />parties. <br />5.) This contract is binding upon the heirs, administrators, and successors of the <br />estate. <br />6.) Your signature on this contract gives Homecare permission to check your <br />credit. <br /> <br />BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: THIS IS A HOME SOUCITA nON SALE, AND IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE GOODS OR SERVICES, YOU MAY <br />CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT BY MAIUNG A NonCE TO THE SELLER.
