Flat <br />roof to be replaced with new 4 ply built up roof system, consisting of <br />1 ply of fiberglass base sheet; 3 plys of fiberglass finish ply sheet, all <br />hot mopped over 15# dry in, with emulsion and silver coat finish paint. <br /> <br />Price includes new eavesdrlp;valley (where needed), 15# felt dry in, remova <br />of debris from site, materials, labor, Workmens Compensation, General <br />liability Insurance, permits and permit fees. <br /> <br />Any replacement of rotten or'damaged wood to meet codes will be replaced <br />on a cost of materials and labor'pluslO% basis. <br /> <br />Fiberglass shingles carry a manufacturers warranty for 20 years for <br />replacement of both labor and materials, pro rated after 1 year. <br /> <br />G & S Roofing, Inc. provides a 5 year warranty on workmanship on all <br />re-roofing. <br /> <br />All material is guaranteed to be as specified. and the above work to be performed in accor'dance with the drawings and <br />specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of <br />ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINTY SEVEN Dollars ($ 1,897.00 ). <br />with payments to be made as follows: <br /> <br />Full payment at completion of,job. <br /> <br />Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra <br />costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an <br />extra charge over and above the estimate.
