If you, as the ~wner sign as the contractor, <br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the c~ntractor wishes y~u to sign <br />as contractor that aay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled t~ permitting privileges in the <br />City ~f Zephyrhills. <br /> <br />C.
