If you, as the ~wner sign as the contractor, you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the c~ntractor wishes y~u to sign as contractor that aay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled t~ permitting privileges in the City ~f Zephyrhills. C.
