<br />Buyer agrees not to use or permit others to use or swim in the pool until Seller advises that the pool is ready for use and Seller has been paid in full,
<br />Swimming in the pool constitutes acceptance of completion of said pool.

<br />"You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction."
