<br />cited for a lisdeleanor violation under state law. , If the OHner or intended contractor are uncertain as to what Jicensing
<br />requiresents lay appJy for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of ZephyrhiJJs BuiJding Department, (813)

<br />Furthermore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractor{s) sign portions of the
<br />'Contractor Sections' of this application for which they Hill be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the wory.. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that aay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per&itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authDrity to viol~te, cancel alter, Dr
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical ctldes, nor shall issuance of a per.mit prevent the Building Official frc,,, thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit issued ;haJl beco.e invaJid
<br />unless the work authorized by such permit is cOlmenced within six months of issuance, or if HDrk authorIzed by the perlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six lonths after the time the wory. is commenced. One 90 day e:te~sioll of tile, lay be

<br />approved inspection must be logged during each six month period, or the project Hill be considered abal~oned.
