<br />state and local regulations. If the contractor is not licensed as required by laM, both the OMner and contractor lay be
<br />cited for a lisdeleanor violation under state laM. If the OMner or intended contractor are uncertain as to Mhat licensing
<br />requir~l~ay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building Departlent (913)

<br />allowed for the perlit Kith fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in "riting to th~ Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lust, be logged'during each six lonth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
