Furtheraore, if the owner has hired a contractDr or contractors, he is advised to have the c~ntractor(s) ,sign portions of the 'Contractor Sections' of this application f~r which they will be responsible. Jf you, as the owner sign as the c~ntractor, you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the w~rk.
