<br />unless the work authorized by such permit is cC'llIllenced within six Nonths of issuance, c,r if w(,rk authr"l;:ed by the permit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six lonths after the tiJe the work is commenced. One 90 day e=te~5ioli of ti~e, aay be
