<br />'Contractor Sections' of this application fDr which they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the Hork. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per~itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed \'lith the wtlrk and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions tlf the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a per~it prevent the Building Official fro. thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans; construction, or violations of any code. Every permit issu~d ~hall become invalid
<br />unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six months tlf issuance, or if work autho( lied by the per.it is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period Df six lonths after the ti~e the wDrk is commenced. One 90 day e=tE~sio" of tile, lay be
<br />allowed for the perlit with fee charge Df $15.00. lhe extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection must be logged during each six lonth period, or the project Hill be considered dbaudoned.
