<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the w~rk. If the c~ntractor wishes y~u to sign
<br />as contract~r that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled t~ per.itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.
