<br />you are ,indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are resp~nsible for the work. If the contractor wishes y~u to sign
<br />as contract~r that aay be an indicati~n that he is not pr~perly licensed and is not entitled to per&itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official froll thereafter
<br />requiring a correction ~f errors in plans; construction, ~r violations of any code. Every permit iS5\1~d :hall bec~le invalid
<br />unless the work auth~ri2ed by such permit is cOlmenced within six months of issuance, or if HD1'k authorJ~ed by the perlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period ~f six lonths after the tiJe the work is co~menced. One 90 day e:tensioll of tile, aay be
<br />all~wed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extensi~n shall be requested in writing t~ the Building Official. An
