In the event it becomes necessary for the Contractor to employ an attorney to recover monies due under this agreement, or to enforce any of the terms and provisions hereof, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay, all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, necessarily incurred by Contractor as a result, regardless of whether suit is filed or not. 6. All unused materials shall. under any conditions, remain the property 01 the Contractor. 7. The undersigned warrant(s) that he is (they are) the owner(s) of the above mentioned premises and the legal title thereto stands of record In his (their) name(s). 8. "BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL": This is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the goods or services. you may cancel this agreement by providing written nOllce to the seller in person, by telegram, or by mail. This notice must indicate that you do not want the goods or services and must be delivered or postmarked before midnight of the third business day after you sign this agreement. If you cancel thiS agreement, the seller may nol keep all or part of any cash down payment. 9. In the event Owner attempts to cancel this agreement after the date and time allowed for cancellation under paragraph 8 of this agreement, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay Contractor, all damages which Contractor sustains as a result of such cancellation, including loss of profit, Contractor's cost of any materials specially fabricated, and a 15% re-stocking charge for all materials required for the work specified above.
