<br />A per.it issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical c~des, nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official frol thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, c~nstruction, or vi~lations of any code. Every permit issued shall becole invalid
<br />unless the work authorized by such permit is C~I.enced within six m~nths of issuance, or if Hork authorIzed by the per.it is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six tonths after the time the work is commented. One 90 day e=te~sioll of tile, lay be
<br />allowed for the per~it with fee charge of $15,00, The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection roust be logged during each six month period, or the projett Hill be cDnsidered dbal~oned,
