<br />feet for 'a POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continue along
<br />the Southerly right-of-way line of 12th Avenue, N 63 de-
<br />grees 28' 30" E, 200.0 feet to the Westerly right-of-way
<br />line of 7th Street; thence run along the Westerly
<br />right-Of-way line of 7th Street, S 26 degrees 25' 00" E,

<br />terest of the Grantor in and to the same.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises with
<br />the appurtenances unto the Grantee forever, subject to taxes for
