<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor Nishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that lay be an indication t,iat he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to peraitting privileges in-the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />suspended or abandnned for a period of SlX months after the tile the work is cOIDenced. One 90 day extension of tile, lay be
<br />allowed for the perlit Hith fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection aust be logged durin~ each six lonth period, or the project Hill be considered abandoned.
