<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the w~rk. If the c~ntract~r wishes y~u to sign
<br />as contractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed ~nd is not entitled t~ per~itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.
