<br />For the consideration expressed herein, CONTRACTOR and SUB-CONTRACTOR do hereby covenant and agree as follows:
<br />1, SUB-CONTRACTOR is to secure, pay for and file with the CONTRACTOR, prior to commencing any work hereunder, all certificates for workman's com-
<br />pensation, public liability and property damage liability insurance, and such other insurance coverage as may be required by specifications and addenda thereto,
<br />in at least the following minimum amounts with specification amounts to prevail if greater than minimum amounts indicated, General Liability: Bodily Injury,
<br />$100,OOO,OOeach person, $300,000,00 each occurrence; Property Damage, $100,000,00 each occurrence, $100,000,OOaggregate, Automobile Liability: Bodily
<br />Injury, $100,000,00 each person, $300,000,00 each occurrence; Property Damage, $50,000,00 each occurrence, Workmen'sCompensation: Florida statutory

<br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

<br />2, SUB-CONTRACTOR shall provide and deliver a bond(s) payable to CONTRACTOR, as no cost or expense to CONTRACTOR, in 2n amount equal to the
<br />total payment amount to SUB-CONTRACTOR as specified above, or as increased pursuant to change orders, on a form and execuied by surety satisfactory
<br />to CONTRACTOR, undertaking to insure to CONTRACTOR the full and faithful performance of all obligations and undertakings c'.Jntained herein, and the
<br />payment of all labor and materials supplied by SUB-CONTRACTOR hereunder, The original of said bond(s) shall be delivered to tlie CONTRACTOR within
<br />ten (10) days from the full execution hereof, but in any event, prior to commencement of any work hereunder by SUB-CONTRACTOR, All terms, conditions
<br />and obligations herein defined are specifically incorporated by reference into the said bond(s) as though fully set forth therein, Permitt'''g SUB-CONTRACTOR
<br />to continue work without providing the bond(s) shall not be construed as a waiver of the requirements of this provision,

<br />A. SUB-CONTRACTOR shall submit to CONTRACTOR all close-out documents including, but not limited to, all warranties, guan,ntees, maintenance and
<br />operating manuals, prior to completion of 50% of its work, Submission of As-Built documents shall accompany and be a prerequisiie to payment of the SUB-
<br />CONTRACTOR'S billing which brings the level of work completed to 100%, CONTRACTOR shall be entitled to withhold all or any portion of monthly progress
<br />payments or final payment should SU B-CONTRACTOR fail to submit said documents or engage all necessary persons to prepare same and CONTRACTOR
<br />shall be entitled to deduct the costs therefore from amounts due SUB-CONTRACTOR, ,

<br />B, Should the scope of work specified under this agreement relate to the construction of a condominium, Florida Statute 718,203 shall apply and be in full force,

<br />and shall, as often as described by the CONTRACTOR, completely clean all work and remove all debris'from the job site or at CONTRACTOR'S discretion
<br />place said debris in an area designated by the CONTRACTOR, and performall other portions of the work as shown and described in the plans and specilica,

<br />that the methods, sequences and procedures described therein for said work are agreed upon and correct.
