<br />7. Any rotten or damaged wood (roof deck, fascia, or trim) will be replaced on a
<br />cost-plus basis.

<br />8. MilBar Construction, Inc. to provide 5 year warranty on workmanship; exclusions:
<br />stonn damage, work or damage done by others, tree damage, and/or structural damage
<br />to roof deck.

<br />9. Owner to provide delivery truck access to roof for loading/unloading of roofing
<br />materials.

<br />10. MilBar Construction, Inc. to provide General Liability and Worker's Compensation
<br />Insurance ($1,000,000 limit) and re-roofing pennit.
